- Due to a speed of 1450 rpm, the risk of overheating is significantly reduced; conventional double-wheeled grinders usually have a speed range of more than 3000 rpm
- Disc width 40 mm: an unbeatable advantage, especially when grinding larger turning gouges or plane blades
- Machine housing, base, holding arm and tool supports made of robust cast steel and aluminium

Belt grinding device:
- Equipped with abrasive belts with a width of 50 mm or 55 mm on the right side of the machine and a grinding wheel on the left side, the low-speed grinder is a multi-purpose device
- The Sharpening Device (No. 729398, available as an accessory) enables the precise use of almost all common jigs, e.g. for straight cutting edges, gouges, grinding tables, etc.
- The right-hand grinding wheel and the wheel cover must be removed for mounting the device on the low-speed grinder.
- Incl. assembly instructions and sanding belt 50 x 1020 mm, 60 grit.
