This practical lambskin kidney belt is ideal for cold hunting days. The outer material is made of robust cotton twill fabric, while the inside is fully lined with soft lambskin. The depth of pile of approx. 15 mm keeps the kidney area, which is sensitive to the cold, pleasantly warm and ensures optimum protection of the lower back against wind and weather. The temperature-regulating effect of the lambskin prevents sweating and thus ensures high wearing comfort. Thanks to the high moisture absorption capacity of the lambskin, the kidney belt always feels pleasantly warm and dry. The practical hook-and-loop fastening means it can be quickly put on or taken off, while ensuring an optimal fit even on longer stalks. The kidney belt is available in three different waist circumferences: S (80-95 cm), M (95-110 cm) and L (110-130 cm).

    Werner Christ

The success story of the Christ company began in 1954 in Hunsrück, when Werner and Anni Christ made patented mackintoshes in their garage with their first sewing machine. With the motorbike boom during the 1960s, production was switched to leather and motorbike jackets. In order to offer customers a unique product and to continue to stand out from the competition, the founders focused on sustainable and innovative products very early on. Research and development of the most diverse finishing and processing techniques was constantly advanced. With the aim of ensuring the best quality standards as well as gaining exclusive access to the highest quality leathers and lambskins, the family decided to set up their own tannery in San José, Uruguay in 1983. Thus, the entire value chain was in the hands of the family business, guaranteeing fair and sustainable production in every respect. At the beginning of the 1990s, the now second generation began to apply the many years of experience to medical lambskin products. They focused on equestrian articles and baby and children's products. As demand for garments and lambskin products grew rapidly, an additional garment manufacture was established in Cebu, Philippines in 1996. In 2017, the third generation took over the management of the company.
