Men’s Sports Jacket, Check

This two-button men's jacket in English style is light and breathable in summer. The harmoniously coordinated colours are expressed in a fresh, clear way in the cotton-silk fabric from Magee. With breast welt pocket, three flap pockets, side vents and two inside pockets, one of which can be closed with a button. The green half lining corresponds with the similarly coloured overcheck. The red overcheck is picked up with the likewise red undercollar. The edges and flaps have high-quality, hand-stitch style seams. Magee, a company that specialises in tweed fabrics, was founded more than 150 years ago. At the end of the 18th century, this durable, coarse fabric was hand-woven by part-time fishermen or farmers and part-time weavers in Donegal. It was the perfect fabric to counter the damp and cold weather that is common in the north west of Ireland. Today, a family business proudly continues the tradition of weaving in Donegal Town. With full conviction, only natural fibres such as wool, silk, linen and cotton are used.The back length for size 50 is 78 cm.
