»Philipp« Broadcloth Pullover

It is often cold and rainy in the German Hunsrück Mountains, where the broadcloth for this extraordinary hunting pullover is made. According to traditional methods, the wool is felted under the influence of water, heat and friction. The result is a very dense and robust material - ideal for hunting use. The pure wool regulates the body temperature and inhibits the formation of unpleasant odours. The wool wax contained in wool, also known as lanolin, has high self-cleaning and water-repellent properties. Lanolin wraps itself around the natural wool fibre like a protective cover and thus reduces the absorption of dirt. The two side pockets with round opening are very practical. The width can be individually adjusted with a drawstring in the hem. This, combined with the elastic outer fabric and rib-knit cuffs, ensures a comfortable fit when moving. The practical, high-necked knitted insert at the collar ensures cosy warmth all the way to the chin, thanks to the integrated zip. If, on the other hand, it gets too warm during active use, you can simply open it and let the excess heat escape. The green is given a finely accentuated depth by the blends in the yarn. With a fabric weight of 550 g/m and its surface compacted by fulling, it offers optimal protection even when wet.
