The rustproof, triple-layered blade features a VG-10 cutting layer, a rustproof steel of the highest grade, which is characterised by its excellent edge life. The hammered texture in the upper part of the blade is not just a visual highlight but also helps to prevent food from sticking to the blade The elegant octagonal handle made of burnt Japanese oak with an attractive Urushi finish offers a secure and comfortable grip. All models have a double bevel, except for the bread knife which has a single bevel, rustproof, hardness 60 HRC.
