Distinctly rich in contrast, this eye-catching blade consists of 33 layers in total. The cutting edge made of SG-2 steel manufactured using powder metallurgy lends it an exceptional sharpness and durability. The octagonal handle is made of ebony, a very dense, colour- and age-resistant precious wood and has a buffalo horn ferrule. Each knife is hand-signed and comes in an elegant kiri wood case. Double bevel, rustproof, 63 HRC.
