Ladies Vest, Irish Linen, Black Watch

This fitted ladies' vest is made of Irish linen in green-blue Black Watch check. It is closed by means of four buttons and offers two piped pockets. In the back section, also made of outer fabric, the width can be adjusted by a belt with metal buckle. The vest is lined with viscose in dark blue.The tradition of manufacturing linen in Ireland, which dates back to the 17th century, is continued today by only a few remaining weavers, of which Emblem Weavers is one. The high quality of Irish linen has always been particularly appreciated. Since there is no longer any local cultivation, the raw material used is mainly first-class, long-fibre flax from Belgium or northern France. The fibres are very homogeneous and thus, in addition to an elegant shine, a high tensile strength and durability are achieved.
