Designer Jakub Wieczorkiewicz's simple but successful idea of fitting a sliding thumb stud to a groove along the back of the blade transforms the one-handed knife in seconds into a folding knife that complies with sec. 42 (a) of the German Weapons Act. The thumb stud can be pushed onto the back of the blade from the front, with two small jaws on the inside sliding into the groove. The blade opener can be fixed in place with a screw on the top. The Sliding Thumb Stud design principle even offers an additional advantage, as the blade opener can be mounted at the handle end of the hollow or further forward according to personal preference. The handle scales made of titanium are decorated with a fine, 3D-milled groove pattern. Titanium is a light, extremely robust, totally rustproof, anti-magnetic and anti-allergic metal. It possesses a similar tensile strength to steel, but is around a third lighter. The satin-finished N690 Böhler steel drop point blade is rustproof and features a back lock mechanism. With lanyard loop and deep-carry clip. Hardness 60 HRC.
