Founded in 1960 in Waldbröl in the Bergisches Land region (Germany), Meyer-Hosen AG is now one of Europe's leading specialists in men's trousers. Only high-quality materials and outer fabrics from renowned European suppliers and weavers are used – primarily from Germany, Italy and Portugal – which are processed at the company's own production site near Brașov in Romania. Meyer-Hosen not only pays attention to outstanding quality, it also takes its responsibilities seriously. Compliance with international social and environmental standards in their European production facilities is regularly audited by FLOCERT, the world's largest independent social certifier. Meyer-Hosen meets the criteria of STANDARD 100 by OEKO-Tex® and carries the internationally recognised FAIRTRADE seal. Only environment-friendly additives are used to refine a pair of Meyer trousers. Responsibility towards the environment is practiced by Meyer’s own laundry with integrated water treatment plant. Quality, ethics and a good price are not mutually exclusive. Meyer-Hosen offers transparency in its supply chain. With a unique product ID on the trousers, you can trace the item back to exactly where it was produced.
